All orders are generally dispatched via Australian Air Express Perishable freight which is an overnight airport to airport service. AAE deliver perishable freight to most airports throughout Australia. There are some locations which they will not deliver live fish to, usually due to delivery times being too long for the fish. (Some more remote locations may require the fish to be onforwarded, either via another flight or by road. In these cases if the estimated delivery time exceeds 36hours AAE wont accept the freight) All orders are dispatched every Wednesday unless we contact you to say they will be dispatched earlier or later.
The freight charges are a flat rate of $30 + gst per order.
On the rare occassion that your fish have not arrived safely and some have died in transit we will provide you with a credit for these fish provided you follow the following procedure. Before opening any of the bags please take a photo of the dead fish still in the sealed bags and email us at sales@wcaquariumfish.com.au
If the bags are opened we may not be able to provide a credit for you depending on the circumstances and amount of time between delivery and the claim.
